Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly ask that all appointment cancellations and rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.

We also ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. While we understand that unexpected delays can happen, late arrivals may affect our ability to perform your scheduled service and may require rescheduling. Additional fees may apply.

Our team carefully schedules time for each guest to ensure the best possible experience. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our stylists’ time and the appointments of fellow guests.
